Trigo is a New York, NY based company. Below is an abbreviated version of their creative brief that helped us create their unique logo design.

Please describe your business, product or service:

Trigo will be a full service restaurant in NYC. The restaurants cuisine is north of italy / south of france / and spanish mediterranean. I have renderings of the space if this will help in the creation of the logo. The name Trigo means "Wheat" in a powerful way. If you were to google image Trigo you would see the wheat sprouts standing tall and straight up and down, not bent or slumped to its side.
