Please describe your business, product or service:
We are a residential redevelopment company that specialize in the pre-foreclosure area. Basically, we acquire and redevelop financially and/or physically distressed residential and commercial properties. We market to owners who are experiencing financial difficulties or to people with a number of reasons as to why they don't want the house or building. We assist with negotiations with the lender to purchase the property and releive the owner of the burden of the debt and legal action brought by the lender.
