We're looking for a Service Mark to indicate that Flexible Spending Account Cards can be used at the Merchant location bearing our Mark (like Amx, FDIC, etc). FSA cards are part of a participant's employee benefit package and are used to purchase eligible Health Care items (asprin, knee braces, contact solution, etc.). SIGIS is the group that created the industry standard for coding a merchant's system to identify these products and sort them to a separate payment system at the point of sale
