Starting a HR consulting business catering to small businesses who need employee handbooks, HR audits, personnel file audits, policies and procedures for hiring, performance management, terminations or even a complete HR system. What type of mood, or “feeling” would you like to convey with your logo?
Human Resources can be easy and fun to understand. Like round rather than square images in some sort of blue. Hampton Roads HR is long for HR2 (squared). Founded by a young, think outside of the box, HR guru who has worked in all industries and has a ton of experience consulting and understanding the labor rules and regs and how to do business despite them. Don't want to scare people by progressive approach because most small business owners are conservative.
