DigiTel is a Nassau, Bahamas based company. Below is an abbreviated version of their creative brief that helped us create their unique logo design.

Please describe your business, product or service:

Until now The Bahamas has had a telecom Monopoly. We are going to be the 2nd company EVER to offer telecoms in The Bahamas. Our main products will be long distance service and broadband Internet to both corporate and residential customers over a MMDS Cellular type network.See www.ipwireless.com. DigiTel plays on Digital and TELecoms. Cellular service planned in future.

What type of mood, or “feeling” would you like to convey with your logo?
Professional. We want a corporate look with a little high tech flavor. Logo for a telecommunications company like Verizon or Sprint but we want to distinguish as a ‘new age’ Telco of sorts. We like a play on one of the letters of the name like the T in Tel or maybe the I’s (Digit’s 1’s and 0’s).
